How do I back up my data?
All data is stored locally on your device. For iOS users, your data is included in your iCloud or iTunes backup automatically if you have device backup enabled. We are working on adding export/import features in future updates.
Is my data really private?
Yes. Our apps are designed with a privacy-first architecture. No accounts, no servers, no tracking. For InkEcho, everything stays on your device. For FuelFit's AI feature, photos are sent directly to your chosen AI provider using your own API key — we never see or store them.
How do I report a bug?
Please email us at samuel.hu [at] msn.com with a description of the issue, your device model, iOS version, and steps to reproduce. Screenshots or screen recordings are always helpful!
Can I request a feature?
Absolutely! We love hearing from users. Send your feature requests to samuel.hu [at] msn.com. While we can't promise every request will be implemented, we read every email and consider all suggestions seriously.
