Samuel Hu Apps

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any application developed by Samuel Hu ("we", "us", or "our") — including but not limited to InkEcho and FuelFit (collectively, the "Apps") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Apps.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to:

Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Apps
Distribute, sublicense, or sell the Apps or any portion thereof
Use the Apps in any unlawful manner or for any unlawful purpose
Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Apps

3. App-Specific Terms

InkEcho (遇见汉字): This app is designed for children's educational purposes. Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising use by children under 13.

FuelFit: This app provides nutrition tracking and general dietary information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes.

4. AI Features (FuelFit)

FuelFit's food photo analysis feature uses third-party AI services. You are responsible for:

Providing your own API keys for AI providers
Complying with the terms of service of those AI providers
Understanding that AI-generated nutrition estimates may not be 100% accurate

We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or terms of any third-party AI service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Apps will meet your requirements
The Apps will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
The results from using the Apps will be accurate or reliable

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Apps.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
